Wont be returning, salon was running behind and had appointments waiting. My nails were rushed, my friend had her nails done first and I had to wait to be seen, then the person I had caught up with my friends nail tech and was completed before hers. Not enjoyable when they rush it, price was expensive and due to rushing, corners were cut & not impressed or happy!!!! The gel is way too thick & nails on both hands not the same length, wasn't checked by nail tech. Being a beauty therapist myself I know how nails should be done and in what order. I also had some gel from previous salon in london and needed removing, normally it's soaked in acotone to remove the gel but no here they just use a fake/acyrlic nail to remove the gel, which wasn't pleasant, it hurt and prob damaged my natural nails in the process.

I went here with my little girl who is 8 and she was over the moon with her pusheen cat nail and showed it off to everyone. I wasn't happy with my nails and the shop seemed overbooked but after messaging the owner and asking for my nails to be removed her really wanted a chance to make it right and I'm glad I went back. The second time around and it was much better. The shop could do with a regular cleaner though as the next day I went back it didn't seem like anything had been cleaned up.

2nd visit here lady did nails but very rushed didn’t take much care got home had to file edges as not done properly, won’t go again 😢

I have been to many nail salons but by far this one is the best. Brilliant nail salon! Lovely staffs, nails last for weeks and modern technology so no pain or burning nails like . Loved the shape and they lasted ages.
The salon is modern and very stylish. Very highly recommend! Also a nail place where you can have a proper chat with the stylist! I will deffinetly go back here.

Bad service booked and went had 3 people waiting , the usual fileing of natural nail with electric drill , paper thin and no natural nail arch . Lifting after 2 days as no prep done before starting applying acrylic went back twice because of this . Don't go to this salon find English one with English people who speak to you and care

We booked an appointment for 4:00 and when we walked in there were 5 other people waiting to have there's done at the same time.

We booked an appointment for 4:00 and when we walked in there were 5 other people waiting to have there's done at the same time.
Baring in mind there were only 4 workers actually doing nails and one was sitting looking at us, so we had to rearrange our plans. Very disappointed

Rude staff, no conversations, breath stank, all went out for cigarettes every 10 minutes, the man who did mine was so rough - it was painful, didn't do what i asked, unhygienic.

Wont be returning, salon was running behind and had appointments waiting. My nails were rushed, my friend had her nails done first and I had to wait to be seen, then the person I had caught up with my friends nail tech and was completed before hers. Not enjoyable when they rush it, price was expensive and due to rushing, corners were cut & not impressed or happy!!!! I went here with my little girl who is 8 and she was over the moon with her pusheen cat nail and showed it off to everyone. I wasn't happy with my nails and the shop seemed overbooked but after messaging the owner and asking for my nails to be removed her really wanted a chance to make it right and I'm glad I went back. Lifting after 2 days as no prep done before starting applying acrylic went back twice because of this . Don't go to this salon find English one with English people who speak to you and care
