I got eyelash extensions here about a month a month ago and would not be back !!! I have got extensions for years they have never been like this .. They began falling out the next day .. Half were on the eyelash like normal and some were up my eyelid ?? And the women who did my treatment jenifer was very unprofessional by slating other people and brands with her other colleges and even bad mouthed my own work !! Awful service! Got told that I was booked in at 3.30pm so I said I would come back, came back was seated with my sister standing at the till waiting on me. One of the girls came over and asked what I was booked in for I said definition eyebrows and she walked away and spoke by the till to another girl, which my sister overheard them saying she wasn't able to do what I wanted and to tell me that I was actually booked in for 4.30 for some reason and never really cared that they had made the mistake.
