Really disappointed with this nail salon. I visited the salon last week to have some acrylic nail extensions done and a week later they were peeling off, crumbling along the bottom and sides and lifting. I went back into the salon today to show them and ask what could be done, I got told that it ‘was normal for acrylics’ and that I should just pay to get some infills done. Absolutely couldn’t believe what I was hearing, such a shame as well as the girls in there were lovely. I’m just really disappointed and feel like it’s such a waste of £35...
I would not recommend getting your nails done here as after having this problem with my nails, lots of other people have told me they have had the same issue there too - although I can’t speak for any other products and treatments that they offer.

I was visiting Elk Grove Village and decided to try out A Q Nails can't believe my eyes anymore for their greatness. Just call ahead to make sure they are available first. They were very patient when it came to cutting my cuticles unlike others. They were so meticulous with their work, and worked toward perfection ! Exceptional service and results. I found a weekend stop. Keep up the good work !

A Q Nails was conveniently located just a few blocks away from my grandparents' apartment. Thanks to A Q Nails, me felt like a pampered princess. I was welcomed warmly by staffs here. The polish on my two manicures lasted a grand total of 2 weeks a piece!!!They always had new ideas for clients. The decor in there is too cute! I have plan to be back. I just love this place.

I have never found such an amazing salon like AQ Nail in Elk Grove Village before. They definitely did not disappointed me. As soon as you walk in, you are assissted by them. We thoroughly enjoyed our pedicure while drinking a glass of wine.They're very friendly. Multi talented. They did it all. if you're looking for a new local nail place, you have to check it out. I will definitely be heading back to this location.Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I've been looking for a nail salon that will be my regular go to place and AQ Nail is that place.I had a much more pleasant experience.I was immdediately greeted by them and they escorted me to my chair.I got shellac and mine still look perfect as well.They take their time to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied.It has a high end feel and the prices are reasonable.If I'm back in Elk Grove Village, I will definitely be back ! Two thumbs up ! !

Never again. The staff ignored me for a full 15 minutes when I arrived. Then, they ran over an hour behind schedule. Once I finally was "allowed" in the pedicure chair, the foot bath was ice cold, and...
Never again. The staff ignored me for a full 15 minutes when I arrived. Then, they ran over an hour behind schedule. Once I finally was "allowed" in the pedicure chair, the foot bath was ice cold, and they kept taking walk ins during my appointment, knowing that I also needed a full set. I ended up being there for nearly 3 HOURS for a pedicure and acrylics. Oh, and did I mention that an hour of that time was after they closed? And did I mention that the acrylics were uneven and jagged? I was so irritated with their lack of time management and common courtesy that I went to another place the next day to have them fixed. I will never ever return to this salon.

My wife and I went for pedis during our Valentine's Day weekend and the ladies there made it a spa experience for us. We strongly recommend to get at least the orange exfoliating pedi. Of course we loved it so much we got manis done too. My wife says the quality of their no chip is worth the price. The foot and hand massages I received from the young lady was truly awesome. I sat in their luxury massage chair where I could control the massager to focus on some sore shoulder and neck points for me. They did my manicure in the chair and left me to enjoy the back massage even longer while I waited for my wife to finish. I was sitting there so relaxed for over 90 minutes! I almost fell asleep!!! The ladies were outgoing, funny and very considerate. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! :-)

Really disappointed with this nail salon. I visited the salon last week to have some acrylic nail extensions done and a week later they were peeling off, crumbling along the bottom and sides and lifting. I went back into the salon today to show them and ask what could be done, I got told that it ‘was normal for acrylics’ and that I should just pay to get some infills done. Absolutely couldn’t believe what I was hearing, such a shame as well as the girls in there were lovely. I’m just really disappointed and feel like it’s such a waste of £35...
I would not recommend getting your nails done here as after having this problem with my nails, lots of other people have told me they have had the same issue there too - although I can’t speak for any other products and treatments that they offer.

My wife and I went for pedis during our Valentine's Day weekend and the ladies there made it a spa experience for us. We strongly recommend to get at least the orange exfoliating pedi.
