If I could give this place no stars, I would. STAY AWAY!!!!! If you enjoy being treated with respect and fairness and paying for quality service, don't waste your money here. The hostess is disrespectful and unprofessional. She shoved a color palette in my hand and didn't escort me to the back where pedicures were done. I should have left then but was in a rush. She had the next available nail tech start working on another customer even though I was there first. She told me t...he wait would be a few minutes, but that was a lie. When I asked again, she was short with me and refused to give a straight answer. When I pressed her again, she was very snarky, and I chose to leave. When I called to speak with a manager, she refused to allow me to speak with one and just put the phone down. When I called again, she just let the phone ring. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind, and I always love the way my nails come out. I never used to get my nails done regularly because they would always chip, and I didn't want to spend money on something that would't last. I have gotten shallac twice before and this is by far the best one I have ever had. I am in love with how my nails look and have gotten many compliments on them.
