Won't be going back to this nail salon nail snapped within the hour & at to return to get fixed got charged £20 for infill when other salons charge £18 I know it's only £2 difference but in my opinion...
Won't be going back to this nail salon nail snapped within the hour & at to return to get fixed got charged £20 for infill when other salons charge £18 I know it's only £2 difference but in my opinion £2 is £2 . Salon is cluttered & not a very good selection of polish & staff speak in own language which I find very rude

I personally don’t like the staff, I used to go monthly, and I would always walk out upset, every time they would catch me with the nail files and drills, and always walk away with cuts. they’re very rude, pull your hands around obviously they know English but don’t speak to you. They ignore you, I just find them rude. I went in at 6pm as the advertise to shut at 7, and they told me to come in earlier! And only gave me 1 layer of gel.! Seems they were punishing me for coming in at end of the day. And their salon is SO cluttered! Find it hard to breath, nail files are worn, dirty, just think how much money they make they can replace equipment. Guy was just picking up rubbish out the bin rather than replacing the bag itself. Finally had enough. So no more custom from me!

I personally don’t like the staff, I used to go monthly, and I would always walk out upset, every time they would catch me with the nail files and drills, and always walk away with cuts. they’re very rude, pull your hands around obviously they know English but don’t speak to you. Utter total waste of time. Its like a conveyer belt...being rushed ...just colour change £10..force on colour typed ...waste of my £10 not going back their again

Nails were very messy and done very poor! Paid £25 to get an infection! Would not recommend! 5* nails are much better and you don't get infections! Nails snapped very quickly!

The staff were fine- i was offered a drink and i was pleased with my nails. The only problem i had was the fact that I had caught Hand, Foot and Mouth desiese from either the people in the shop or the equiptment. Deffinatly will not be returning to this nail shop again.

Nails were very messy and done very poor! Paid £25 to get an infection! Would not recommend! 5* nails are much better and you don't get infections! Nails snapped very quickly!

The staff were fine- i was offered a drink and i was pleased with my nails. The only problem i had was the fact that I had caught Hand, Foot and Mouth desiese from either the people in the shop or the equiptment. Deffinatly will not be returning to this nail shop again.
