The nails were uneven and the technician was rough to the point where one of fingers bled and the others sting and it was overpriced for such a shoddy service

This was my first visit at Sakari. The service I received was a gel fill in and polish. My mom received a pedicure and polish. The first impression you get walking into this establishment is professional. It smells so good and it is so clean. I love the "beach" like motif. I will be back ;)

Have had mani/pedi here many times-from day one when they opened. Now am disappointed in service. Had mani/pedi done-in 2 days mani chipped horribly-pedi perfect even walking barefoot in garden and beach many days. Requested re-do of mani and was charged a fee. NOT good customer service. Will NOT return.
