The customer service was horrible. The quality of the nails as well as the shape was not what was asked for. The acrylics have severely damaged my real nails.
Would not recommend, not worth the price...

Staff not very friendly I tried to make conversation with no response looked like they were thinking about being somewhere else, nails are cheap but charge as much as an artist costs,my nail snapped in the middle after 2 weeks,would never go back.

Shocking! Rude ignorant staff who do shoddy work cause they're too interested in their phone! Nails didn't last 2 weeks and the painting work was untidy!!!!!

Highly recommend, my nails lasted 4 weeks. Staff were friendly, and felt very welcome... my nails were all the same shape and left no damage to the nails.

Been going for a while. Staff are ok.
Last time I went all my nails were uneven and lumpy. I had acrylic on the sides of my fingers plus I was made to have the shellac polish when I didn't really wan...

Last time I went all my nails were uneven and lumpy. I had acrylic on the sides of my fingers plus I was made to have the shellac polish when I didn't really want it. It was quite expensive. Think I'll go else where next time

Been having nails done every few weeks for about 5 years. Andy and Natalie are excellent nail technicians. Always impressed with results.
