I have been going here for about two years and I have lived in Spring for over 15 years. They renovated recently very nice. They are all very friendly and have great customer service. I have been going here for a few years after trying nail spa after nail spa and I have always left happy with the experience. I only had one issue with the way my nails were done last year, but the manager fixed it the problem herself. I love the new chairs and new look except for how bright it is in the big area. Even when they are busy I usually am sitting in a pedicure chair within 10 mins. I really love this place!! Read Less

Went here today for the first time and had a very good experience. The salon was bustling with technicians and customers. Everything was very clean and modern. I had a new set of pink and white nails and a pedicure. Bob did my nails and his 20+ years of experience was evident -- perfectly done, they look great! Duy did my pedicure, and he also did an excellent job. I was out in about 1 hour, 15 minutes and including a $14 tip, costs less than $80. I definitely recommend Sky Nail Salon and will be back. I am so disgusted at this place! I was told three weeks ago that this placed had changed ownership, and it is for the worse! Julie has been doing my nails for over 2 years, but she has been gone for the past 5 weeks on vacation, and I have called up there three times trying to make an appointment because I knew she was going to be back at work yesterday. All 3 times they've told me I need to just call on the 5th when she gets back because they can't make an appointment. I cal...l yesterday and I am told it was her day off and that I should call today, so I call up there today only for them to tell me she's no longer working there and won't be coming back. I asked them if they would please tell me where she went because she has been doing my nails for so long, and I truly love the way she does them and they will not tell me anything! I'm sure because they want the business and the money but now they've just lost a customer all together! I got a full set and that was a disaster. I described that I like mine filed thin. We clarified that that's risky that they'll break but this is how I always do it so I understood. They are far too wide for my nail beds. They are all different lengths. They are wavy where they were not filed down evenly. And 8 out of my ten fingers were cut in the process. Nice enough Salon I might go back in a pinch. I've been there once before with my sister but I will stick to my regular place going forward. They did make an attempt to fix but with that many discrepancies there's really not a solution except to take off and start over. Which I probably will be doing at my regular place tomorrow.
