Very good and very reasonable. Delightful staff, who are very skilled at what they do, no matter how complex! The choice of gel colours is huge!!

Had full gel nails fitted here, the lad is useless, cut my thumb with the file heavy handed, bored, distracted, polish too thick, nails uneven..booked in with other salon in two days to fix before my ...
Had full gel nails fitted here, the lad is useless, cut my thumb with the file heavy handed, bored, distracted, polish too thick, nails uneven..booked in with other salon in two days to fix before my holiday! Useless! £28 wasted! Wont be using this salon again...EVER! Try training in customer service! However Mom and Dad good! Son....try another trade, nail technician not for you! PS sorry Im not 19 and a 'catch' I dont need a boyfriend I need a service!

The staff are very unwelcoming and customer service is terrible. The nails themselves stayed on well and lasted 3 weeks; but really not pleased with the service.

had nails done here... was so angry with the quality of nails. complained and was treated with contempt and rudeness. i know they were talking about me in a rude way in their own language but as i could not understand i said nothing but will never give my money to these people ever again. they also did my daughters nails which looked a mess and had to be removed and done at another shop in lichfield which were done professionally and looked beautiful. stay away from this shop as they are only interested in taking your money and not giving a proper sevice!! would have given zero but no option to do so.

had nails done here... was so angry with the quality of nails. complained and was treated with contempt and rudeness. i know they were talking about me in a rude way in their own language but as i could not understand i said nothing but will never give my money to these people ever again. they also did my daughters nails which looked a mess and had to be removed and done at another shop in lichfield which were done professionally and looked beautiful. stay away from this shop as they are only interested in taking your money and not giving a proper sevice!! would have given zero but no option to do so.
