Absolutely first class treatment from the moment we walked in to the final sec we left as always. My daughter had 3 friends for a girlie pamper morning with lunch for her birthday and the staff were extremely helpful as always. They couldnt have done any more for us. i have to say having worked in customer services, this is one of the more unprofessional atmospheres i’ve experienced. when you walk in, every time i have entered i have immediately been greeted by three or more staff members surrounding the reception having their own chat. i do not get recognition straight away and it is only when i approach the desk. i find this very uncomfortable. i often hear them having their own conversations and i just feel that it isn’t a relaxing atmosphere. i have to admit, i haven’t had a bad experience as such as all the treatments have been okay but i never feel relaxed or pampered. i would like to feel like i am a valued customer and see some more professionalism in place. Staff at NUYU have obviously all been given good sound training in dealing with clients. They are always friendly and efficient. Treatments are explained fully and I always have a good experience each time I visit, whatever the treatment. Top Marks!! Read Less

From booking my appointment to leaving the salon after my treatment, was a lovely experience. I booked to have LVL lashes for my holiday. I hadn't had them before and the staff were very on friendly and information of my questions. I was able to make an appointment easily and staff were very helpful and welcoming when I arrived for my appointment. They made me feel very relaxed and I loved my lashes when the treatment was over.
