As a first time customer and regular visitor to the town, I was appalled by the customer service I received from one of the nail technicians. She initially claimed she couldn't understand what I wanted, even though I gestured that all I needed was colour on my finger nails. So she rudely sent me over to one of her other colleagues claiming that she didn't understand what I meant. The very kind technician answered my questions and I decided to wait for next available one to get my nails done. How I prayed it wouldn't be the rude technician but guess what - it was her. This time her actions were utterly appalling as she decided to jump the queue and take on the next customer who had arrived 10 minutes after me. As I was getting over the shock of what was unfolding before my very eyes, two lovely customers (who probably could see how shocked I was) and her other colleagues intervened to confirm that I was the next customer in the queue...If I wasn't constrained by time, I wouldn't have let the rude technician do my nails and would probably have raised a complaint for how I was treated. Will definitely not be visiting the nail shop again! Read Less
