Beccas salon came highly recommended to me. I went in a little over 2 weeks ago, and initially loved my nails. Until it came time to pay and I learned my full set cost $30 more than friends who recommended me, and less than a week following several nails began lifting and popping off of my $78 set of nails! I called to question it and was told it's $5 EACH NAIL that has popped off. I still made an appointment for a fill giving benefit of the doubt because my friend told me t...o give them one more shot. I however missed my appointment due to circumstances beyond my control and called to reschedule. When I asked availability I was told nothing until Monday, and asked if any chance anyone could squeeze me in before that due to an event I have Saturday. Without looking, because there wasn't even a pause I was told no, and I apologized and said I'm sorry I'll have to go elsewhere I am unable to wait 5 more days with 4 missing (almost 5) nails and I was told "okay " and hung up on. my nails were shocking!! there were dents in the acrylic nails, also when they were checking if the ordinary nail varnish was dry she knocked and smudged them and didn't fix it!! I wouldn't recommend this salon to any of my friends. Read Less
