Service is very hit or miss. Most recent episode, I went to get my nails taken off. The gentlemen pulled my acrylic nails off, instead of soaking them, and pulled a chunk of my real nail off with one of the nails. I went to get my nails done. The people were extremely nice but the service sucked. The lady who did mine I asked if she could redo my index finger and my thumb because they was crocked. Her response to me was no that’s because your fingers are crocked. Really?!...my fingers weren’t crocked before I walked in. Idk what she did but the same night all my nails popped off. I unfortunately have been using this place purely because it's the best of the worst in Burton on Trent. From the moment you enter you're faced with the only female who always looks as if she's swallowed a bee, miserable look on her face which makes me wonder if she's doing this service for free. My pet peeve which they are aware of is the fact that they insist on speaking their language whilst attending to my nails as I know when they're talking about me because I don't play with them if I'm not happy with my nails or their service which is most of the time. Went for the Grand Opening!! the family that owns the shop were very kind. happy, pleasant to be around. We (my mom and I) truly received outstanding service and care. I had the Lemon Dream Pedicure was absolutely wonderful. Hip did such an outstanding job on my feet and the massage was incredible! My package also included the Warm Paraffin Wax on my feet, was well worth the amount and the time. Henry did the Basic Pedicure on my mom which she also received a massage also. L...ucy and Henry did the dipping powder manicure on my mom and I, which is a new style of nail covering for us. I was very impressed, very nice, very little smell of chemicals. The shop had a Beautiful, Peaceful, Relaxing, Tranquil Ambiance and the music was prefect fit for the atmosphere.
