I went to Morgan’s salon Wednesday very unhappy with the colour of my hair but was only booked in for a dry cut, Edwina was brilliant although she was fully booked all day she could tell I was not happy, so suggested we did a re colour, She took time to find out what I really wanted and mixed colours, worked her magic and presto!!!! My hair is now the perfect colour just what I wanted I could not be happier. I have always found all the staff at Morgan’s very friendly and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know if the results are not what I wanted they will fix it

When I first had my hair coloured at this hairdressers I took a photo in of the colour she said that she could do it no problem, but when she finished it was not at all what I asked for, but I made an another appointment to go back and again took a photo of the colour I wanted which was the same photo as before and she said "no problem" my hair went orange I was so upset, she said it look nice but she clearly knew she had done wrong, I was visibley upset and I ask her what went wrong, she didn't really bat an eye lid but said she would put a toner on it, by this stage I was ready for walking out but she talked me into staying, after the toner went on she was drying my hair and all she kept saying was oh your hair looks great IM really happy with it, not once asking me but she knew she had messed it up, she then had the nerve to charge me, I left in tears and went straight round to another hairdresser round the corner called Images, and they were lovely they sorted my hair to how I wanted it and they were really lovely, they did however show me the back of my hair underneath and shows me the mess Morgans had made with only half of my hair coloured and I felt cheated and ashamed, I would NOT recommend this hairdressers to anyone, all I want was some highlights and I ended up so upset and so out of pocket , but they obviously don't give a damm about their customers as they could of called just to see how I was doing but nothing, she messed my hair up she knew and she didn't care, enter Morgan's at your own peril!

After a year battle with cancer and the subsequent hair loss I have had a wonderful hair restyle and colour today by Lisa. Thank you Lisa you have made me feel confident in my hair once more!! Xx

I have been a client of Edwina's at Morgans for over 5 years. In that time I can say I have had the best stylist, best salon, best experience in all my years looking for a decent hairdresser. I completely trust Edwina's advice and experience- she always gets it right. I put my trust in her and she never lets me down. Such a friendly, happy salon. I have been a client of Edwina's for over five years now, Morgans was recommended to me when I moved into the area. It's always a frightening experience when you change your hairdresser but the friendly professional atmosphere in the salon puts you at ease immediately. I have changed my hair colour and style several times with absolute confidence in Edwina's ability and flair. She is an absolute top stylist, as are her colleagues. My daughter is now a client of Morgans and she travels 15 miles from her home to see Zoe. So pleased Morgans was recommended to me and I in turn would recommend this salon to others.

I went to Morgan’s salon Wednesday very unhappy with the colour of my hair but was only booked in for a dry cut, Edwina was brilliant although she was fully booked all day she could tell I was not happy, so suggested we did a re colour, She took time to find out what I really wanted and mixed colours, worked her magic and presto!!!! My hair is now the perfect colour just what I wanted I could not be happier. I have always found all the staff at Morgan’s very friendly and helpful I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know if the results are not what I wanted they will fix it

When I first had my hair coloured at this hairdressers I took a photo in of the colour she said that she could do it no problem, but when she finished it was not at all what I asked for, but I made an another appointment to go back and again took a photo of the colour I wanted which was the same photo as before and she said "no problem" my hair went orange I was so upset, she said it look nice but she clearly knew she had done wrong, I was visibley upset and I ask her what went wrong, she didn't really bat an eye lid but said she would put a toner on it, by this stage I was ready for walking out but she talked me into staying, after the toner went on she was drying my hair and all she kept saying was oh your hair looks great IM really happy with it, not once asking me but she knew she had messed it up, she then had the nerve to charge me, I left in tears and went straight round to another hairdresser round the corner called Images, and they were lovely they sorted my hair to how I wanted it and they were really lovely, they did however show me the back of my hair underneath and shows me the mess Morgans had made with only half of my hair coloured and I felt cheated and ashamed, I would NOT recommend this hairdressers to anyone, all I want was some highlights and I ended up so upset and so out of pocket , but they obviously don't give a damm about their customers as they could of called just to see how I was doing but nothing, she messed my hair up she knew and she didn't care, enter Morgan's at your own peril!

I have been a client of Edwina's for over five years now, Morgans was recommended to me when I moved into the area. It's always a frightening experience when you change your hairdresser but the friendly professional atmosphere in the salon puts you at ease immediately. I have changed my hair colour and style several times with absolute confidence in Edwina's ability and flair. She is an absolute top stylist, as are her colleagues.
