Very clean and relaxing atmosphere! Staff was so friendly and professional. I usually go to a different nail salon in the area but wanted to try somewhere else because I was unhappy with the results I was getting there for the same price as this salon which is better! Cuticles costed me the same price for a gel manicure and it's 100% better than any manicure I've ever received. They take the time to really pamper you with sugar scrub, a clay mask with a hot towel, and a hand/arm massage. I have had pedicures, shellac manicures, and acrylic sets all done here and they have all always been great. All of the girls are wonderful. They all remember who you are even if you haven't been in a while. The girls all do an amazing job too. I am always satisfied when I leave. Lovely customer service but appalling treatment. Very ruff treatment leaving my fingers really sore. I even got quite a deep cut which bled a lot and no apology. I have glue all over my finger tips. My nails are not a smooth finish. Very very disappointed and will. It be going again. Read Less

I went to Cuticles on my lunch break for a quick pedicure. They got me in and out without making me feel rushed. I was able to relax and be pampered and return to work in a more positive mood. The salon was immaculate. I've never seen staff more diligent about keeping their work space clean. I was amazed that everyone that walked was immediately recognized by staff and welcomed right away. They are rude and don't do a very good job. I got my nails done 4 days ago and they are already lifting. the massage chair didn't work and stabbed me in the back. They are pricey compared to salons in this area. I would never go back here!!!! Read Less

I am loathe to give this salon even one star.  Made the mistake of going in for a mani/pedicure this morning.  The manicure was left with uneven length fingernails and dirt still under the nails, and that was the better part of the service.....Had gel polish on my toe nails.  Asked them repeatedly to remove it by soaking it off with acetone, they refused and used the metal file used to file acrylic nails to remove it, splitting 2 of my toe nails in the process.  They failed to remove hard skin from the back of my feet, but managed to skin both of my ankles (drawing blood) with the pumice stone.They finished this disaster of an experience with possibly the worse application of nail polish I've ever seen.
