First ever visit to directors cut and certainly won't be the last. Really happy with my hair. Thank you so much to the stylist Devon, can highly recommended her.

Rushed and poor quality. Even my side burns were a mess, no1 on one side and 2 on the other. Had to get it redone the following day at 442 Handsworth.

Ellen did my nails this morning and did a brilliant job!! Exactly how I wanted them and so friendly and very welcoming. Definitely a recommendation for Ellen to do your nails!! Couldn't be happier!

Called this morning and managed to get in at lunchtime. Lovely hair cut and lovely stylist. I wish I knew her name do I can ask for her next time. She even showed me how to tame my fringe. The salon looks very different these days though. Not as sleek but friendly none the less. Thank you

Went to book an appointment in crystal peaks and the woman at the desk (didn't know her name as there was no name tag) interrupted me and told me to go to the barbers just because my friend wanted his...
Went to book an appointment in crystal peaks and the woman at the desk (didn't know her name as there was no name tag) interrupted me and told me to go to the barbers just because my friend wanted his sides shaved and a trim. I wouldn't have minded being told to go there, it was just her lack of caring and rudeness. Won't be going back there for my hair cuts and dying either.

Have been and had my hair cut and coloured this morning at the Directors cut salon in crystal peaks and I couldn't be more happy with the out come. The staff are extremely friendly, very welcoming and professional. I never thought I would find a salon that actually cuts and colours my hair how I'd like it. They listen to what you want and give you back good advice. Thank you so much, I feel lovely xxxx

A huge thank you to Gio and Aimee for everything they did in the run up to my wedding! To Gio, for making my Grandma not only look but also feel amazing after having her hair done and to Aimee for being the first person ever to achieve me having beautiful natural nails. Thank you not only for the treatments but also for being such lovely people and also for having the patience of saints with my daughter, she loves you both. I couldn't have asked for more! Great friendly staff, asked for advise and got a great hair cut that really suited me, my daughter will not go anywhere else now, they really do a good job, talk you through you style and colour and if they think it won't suit they will tell you and work through alternatives.

Great friendly staff, asked for advise and got a great hair cut that really suited me, my daughter will not go anywhere else now, they really do a good job, talk you through you style and colour and if they think it won't suit they will tell you and work through alternatives.
