I’ve been going here for about a year and a half and at first it was great but this past time I went my nails had chipped the next day. So I went in and they fixed them and then the next day another one chipped, I don’t really know what is going on but it’s upsetting. Read Less

The lady that did my nails did a wonderful job. She hardly talked to me. She was talking to my son cuz he had to stand next to me as I was getting my nails done. She watched him as he showed off. I would have given it a 5* if she would have talked to me more and instead of what r we doing with these she could have said how would you like them done. Not happy with my nails at all, they are to wide for my nail plate and too thick. They have been poorly filed, they are wonky. Told my nails were dry yet they smudged 5mins after leaving the salon. Considering the salon charge a lot more than most they don't offer better nails. My nails will be soaked off today and redone. Staff could do with going on a Customer Service course, so misarable! I have been there two times, both for pedicures. I had two different people but both did an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. (Sometimes my nerves can kick in during these situations but not there). Each time I had the "hot stone massage " WOW!! Highly recommend it. Best salon in Sheboygan! They are friendly, have a clean environment, and do amazing work! They take their time with you, even if they are busy. They do not ever make you feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I just had a bridal party of 9 here and everyone did such a nice job. I have never had a bad experience here. It is helpful to make an appointment but the ladies are always trying their best to fit you in if you don't. I had my nails done again recently on Friday and I had some issues with it peeling (never happened before!) and I came in today to have my nails redone at no charge! I was so grateful and I would recommend this salon to all of my friends. I LOVE getting pedicures here because the ladies take their time and do an excellent job! This salon is excellent! Read Less

I have been to several nail bars but can honestly say this one is by far and away the best I had a manicure with gel polish over a week ago. I am very hard on my hands, washing up, gardening, cleaning etc etc. My nails are as perfect now as they were when I left the salon I would recommend Crystal nails and won't be going anywhere else Read Less

Asked for gels as a Christmas present to myself. Put acrylics on my nails instead. Took another salon over one hour soaking in pure acetone to get the nails off! Have absolutely ruined my nails underneath. Disappointed is an understatement. I will not be returning here. Read Less
