Very bad customer service, nail tech walked out on my friend for half an hour and didn’t even tell her, was there 3 hour sgetting 2 sets of nails and the shop was empty, they used to machine way too m...
Very bad customer service, nail tech walked out on my friend for half an hour and didn’t even tell her, was there 3 hour sgetting 2 sets of nails and the shop was empty, they used to machine way too much on my nails and they are so sore from it won’t be going back!

Went down yesterday about 11am. Opening times say 9-6 but it was closed. Went today at 9am hoping to get my infills done before work and sat there until 9.45 for it to still be closed. FUMING!

Would give a review of the shop but unfortunately I never made it there i called5 times a day for a week at opening time and not once did someone answer it's disgusting!
