I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure yesterday. Was there for 10.30, didn't get out until 1.30....
Been home an hour and noticed that my nails in the cuticle area and side of nails had a black tinge to them on several nails. The customer in front of me said exactly the same and was just fobbed off . I couldn't do anything yesterday as I was going out somewhere special . Will be down after the Bank Holiday to get this sorted out.
Well below the standard I expected and worse still, I got charged £73 for the treatments. The website clearly says £35 . I queried it but never got a satisfactory explanation . Not impressed at all.... I want this problem put right and a partial refund .

Loverly nails and eyebrows spot on! I was really worried about using a new place for the first time but glad I chose lily! They were thorough and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning

My nails wasn’t dry when they hurried to send me out, completely chipped, then 4 days later one fell of! I am not happy!!

The staff seem really friendly and professional.
My better half was very impressed with her nails. Very quickly done, thankfully for me.

Horribe nails done here didn't even ask me what nail polish i wanted and got told that it would be £25 over the phone but was charged £33. Disappointed they were for my prom. Dont go here
