Went here yesterday for a full set of acrylics and today the paint has come off 2 off my nails what a waste of £30 I will never go here again my nails look a total mess don't go hee and waste your money and time !!! Read Less

The woman who did my nails got up halfway through around 3 times because she was trying to call someone on her phone, and was using her phone whilst i was sat there. Not even 30minutes after i left, on one of my nails the varnish was hanging off, which happened to another one a few hours later. The rest of my nails are lumpy and the nail varnish is awful.. £30 wasted on a fake nails, dont waste your time here. Read Less

I have had my nails done here twice, each time by a different person and have left happy on both occasions. They are quick and efficient in applying acrylics and they last ages. Unfortunately due to a change of employment I have to have them removed but I cannot fault the salon or their abilities and would definitely return in the future (should things change) Read Less

Disappointed I can't choose -10 stars. DISGUSTING treatment! Went today 26/09/16 with my friend as she would not go alone after her acrylic nail fell off the day after getting them done (yesterday) as the staff were rude. Now I can see why! I entered the salon, explained the issue and the staff were blatantly rude saying that my friend had not had her nails done there which was not the case. The manager then called my friend a "liar". My friend then sat down to have her nail repaired which the woman proceeded to clip at instead of using acetone to remove the rest of the broken nail obviously inflicting a lot of pain. My friend indicated that the woman was causing her a lot of pain which she ignored. My friend then said she was unhappy as she is going on holiday tomorrow for two weeks and already one of her nails had fallen off, the woman said this was my friends fault as she insisted that she wanted infills and not a fresh set which again was not the case as she had in fact stated that she didn't know whether to have infills or a full set and due to the salon being busy she was told she only needed infills. The woman then rudely said that my friends nails will not last a week even though my friend paid £15 for them when they were expecting £30 for the poor job they had done. LONG STORY SHORT..... (I normally go up the road but they we're super busy) should have know there was something wrong when this place was dead. I went for infills (only had fresh set on the time before) the guy insisted I needed a soak off & fresh set which obviously would have cost more money, I told him they were fresh last time and only 3 week old, so he carried on & tutted on each nail saying you need a fresh set. So after picking at my nail that took some time to pick off (making my nail bed very sore- because obviously it didn't need picking off) he infilled them. Then when it came to paint, which is normally included in the price, he insisted I needed a gel top coat which would cost me an extra £8, I stated I only wanted varnish but he insisted and started trying to apply the gel! At this point I got up and said I'd paint my nails myself, paid £15 & left with unpainted nails. I felt uneasy & bullied. Will never return again!!! Read Less
