Been going here for years and years now and the girls are all amazing. Charlotte is my usual and always does an amazing job my nails are always perfect!! If Charlotte isn’t free I’ve had Poppy who is amazing too!! I couldn’t recommend this salon any more the girls will only do perfection!! I decided to try Lottie's because I'd seen lots of good nails from there. However I do NOT recommend you go there for LVL lashes!!! I have had LVLs lots of times before and know how great it can be but I was thoroughly disappointed! The first time I had them done here it literally looked like my lash had just been tinted and apparently it didn't take because the room was too cold but I was told to keep brushing the lashes to add some volume (it didn't). I asked Charlotte for... a refund and was asked to come back a week later instead as it is the beauty therapist's reputation at stake. I then rang Nouveau (the lash company) because 1 week sounded very soon to be having more chemicals on my lashes and they recommended waiting at least 5 weeks because you can 'over process the lashes' so I rang Lottie's and informed them of this as I didn't want my eyelashes to be ruined. So they booked me in for 5 weeks time. Fast forward those 5 weeks to today and I went back to find firstly that someone had booked me in at the wrong time and although they swiftly sorted this and the room was warmer this time, the same thing has happened. My lashes have no lift. This time they said it was down to a faulty batch of product and I could come back in another 5 weeks to try again!!! There was no offer of a refund, just the offer to go back and waste yet another hour of my time and to have to wait another 5 weeks after that for someone to correct the lashes! See More Read Less

Booked my daughter and best friend in for nails and makeup for prom and both were stunning and after a last minute nightmare they were brilliant enough to get a last minute pin up in for one of the girls which also looked stunning. Everyone was really nice and friendly which was great because we all felt comfortable which isn't always the case in some salons. Would totally recommend to anyone and will definitely come again when the opportunity arises thank you girls xx Read Less
