DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I came here only because the ONLY English girl that worked there was lovely, I would usually have ombré with crystals and a pedicure with gel colour, anyway they charged me £120 when the toes had bristle marks on them where they hadn’t been painted right and the nails were not the length and shape I had asked for so I asked them kindly to change them, they said no come back Monday were too busy today, so I had already sat there 4 hours so then Monday was another 6 hours, they also charge me extra £20 on top of the £120 because I changed my toe colour! The English girl really tried to help me and explain to the owner Kelly’s brother that it was the girl who paints mistake not me just changing my mind on my colour, anyway she has now been sacked and I’m told I can’t go back in because I complained, I was so loyal to these and always tipped the ppl doing my nails as well as being well over charged too, I do know for a fact she’s money laundering and not paying tax, I’m also told not all staff have a vide to work/live here so please don’t waste your money, you’ll either be over charged or told your not allowed back, you get what your given in this shop whether you asked for it or not! Have been going too these for about 6 months now and i like the fact u dont have too wait too long to be seen.... .i used to go to one in mexbourgh but finf this one quicker and i like there customer service too.....offering u hot drinks......very friendly and the nails never have broke on me ....which is a plus Read Less

I had gelish nails done this afternoon and the man who did them did a terrible job. He was rushing, left small parts of my nails without top coat (!), especially at the sides and I even had to ask him to wipe the colour from my skin from 4-5 fingers. Not to mention that even though I was first in the queue when I went there, they served ladies who came later than me before me and this is not the first time it happens! Absolutely amazing salon and used top end nail products ( no industrial glue or whatever ) people just make up these things because they are making more customers than them because of there art and quickness and cheap prices . I go there every time and never have a bad word to say about them there all very polite reasonable people who are very good at there job 😍💅🏼Read Less

4th time I have been always great service nail extensions exactly how I requested, infills always good as is the nail art. and I love the pedicures....massage chairs a great touch! Will definitely be back and highly recommend just be prepared to wait but its well worth it! Read Less
