The first time I had my eyelashes lifted the lady was lovely but afterwards, it looked exactly the same as before, my eyelashes were no different. I was really disappointed as it was expensive and I had booked for them to be done in time for my birthday. The lady offered to do them again but sadly not in time for my birthday. I rebooked using their online system for a 7pm appointment just before my holiday. At 6pm I had a phone call saying I had missed my appointment!! I was so cross as the salon had messed up the times. They apologised but it meant I could not have them done before my holiday. I had them redone after my holiday and this time they looked amazing so I rebooked for 10 or so weeks time. Again my eyelashes looked no different and the lady said that next time she would use the smaller roller! I was annoyed that she had made this mistake again as it was expensive for something that looked no different. I felt like I couldn't complain again (I now wish I had). I thought next time I would try somewhere else and I have left it a quite a few months now. I thought I would rebook and give them another chance as once out of the 3 times it did look really good. I tried to book online but the system kept messing up so it took a while of cancelling and rebooking. I wasn't even sure it had gone through and thought the worst thing to have to happen was having a £1 deducted from booking fee. So yesterday after having no reminders I was sent an email saying I have been charged £25 for missing an appointment!!!! I was so cross. This system is not reliable do not use it. I will not be booking or recommending again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had shellac nails done here, never again.
They looked like I'd done them myself, came off in 6 days, they did give me a refund, but would have been nice if they had offered to sort out my now damaged ...

Get my eyebrows tinted and waxed, hannah does a brilliant job,nice shape brows and colour lasts.lovely clean salon.

I have been going here for quite some time now and I don't ever use anywhere else. Thw quality of their work speaks for itself with very long lasting results. The girl that always does my nails, Serena, is always in touch with the latest trends and they are currently doing the chrome nails which I had done and keep getting compliments about. Everyone is really friendly and unlike other nail places, everyone speaks English and apart from one or two technicians they where all born in the uk so you don't have any issues when you are trying to explain what you want etc. Highly recommended

Had an express pedicure. Express being the operative word. Over and done with far too quickly and poor quality nail shaping. Poor shellac application. Wouldn't really recommend their nail or pedicure...
Had an express pedicure. Express being the operative word. Over and done with far too quickly and poor quality nail shaping. Poor shellac application. Wouldn't really recommend their nail or pedicure treatments as two days later nails and polish have chipped. £36 wasted in my opinion.

If your idea of getting a manicure and pedicure from someone who has one inch nail tips is good then this is the place for you. Yes, the woman who worked on me could not even grip a file properly. The reality is, if she didn't have long nails, it still would have been a bad manicure.I gave the place 2 stars because it was clean but not because it was competent.

If your idea of getting a manicure and pedicure from someone who has one inch nail tips is good then this is the place for you. Yes, the woman who worked on me could not even grip a file properly.
