I had my nails done today and I'm over the moon with my nails they are so beautiful, the shape the thickness is perfect and very welcoming service, friendly and very helpful lady also if you are not sure what color would be the best for you she is the best to find you the one that suits you , we had a lovely chat, highly recommend it to everyone , will be back soon 💅👍 Thanks, Anna Read Less

DONT GO HERE!! Regretfully the worst manicure I've ever had for so many reasons....... 1. Went in with long beautiful nails looking for infills (my normal place is being refurbished) COMPLETELY IGNORED ME and cut them down because SHE thought they would be more practical shorter (They were a standard length for coffin shape) 2. Proceeded to grind away ALL acrilic to the bare nail (chipping my natural nails away AND MY CUTICLES!) 3. Would only infill with a very, very thin layer of powder - making them thin, papery and totally unsuitable (which was poignant as there was a big A4 sheet stapled to the wall reading 'not responsible for nails breaking' ....... Think she must be used to this rookie mistake but won't be challenged on the subject!!!) 4. As if it couldn't get any worse..... Filed all of my nails completely different lengths and wonky. I had to beg her to stop filling my left hand. The left was so short and bad, she just kept filling trying to fix it. They all need tips on now. They will take 5 weeks + to be back where they were before. I've had to file the right hand down to basics at home, devastated. 5. Then the colour. I should have just left. My fingertips and nail beds are covered in acrilic, then gel polish too. She flicked polish all up the back of my hand which is ironic as the top coat isn't even applied nicely covering only the middle part of my nail. I have extra acrilic all underneath my nails and the edges of the nails are all built up. As I said. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. I'm embarrassed to go to work with them as they are. This 'manicure' took 1 hour and 45 minutes in the chair for something I could have 'bodged' at home for a fraction of the price. Thank god I didn't get a parking ticket too. WORST EVER. Don't even be tempted if you're desperate, you'll leave absolutely gutted and out of pocket. AND now the thinly applied Gel polish has just come off in a massive chip on my thumb! Told her she hadn't sealed the edges. The bottle had blatantly run out...... total disgrace. Read Less

Had my nails and eyebrows done, really friendly lady runs the shop and makes you feel welcome, and i couldn't recommend this shop higher if I tried. If in Kingswood for nails, this is your place to go :) 11/10 xxx Read Less

Came here for the first time today, my 7 yr old daughter had her nails painted n I had gel nails we love them! The lady was lovely reasonable price my lil girl was over the moon will def be recommending this shop Read Less
