Big thankyou to beauty box! I've been coming here every 3/4 weeks to get gel nails done for a while now and they always do a brilliant job. Unfortunately I had a new set of gel nails last week that started to peel off and lift from my nail within the same week of the new set being applied(this has not happened before). After contacting beauty box they invited me back in to repair my gel nails and applied a brand new set for free! Thankyou for always making my nails look lovely!

My daughter had a spa pedicure - she loved it! She found the staff really friendly & chatty, as well as very professional and caring. She’s very happy with the finished result!!!

Had a pedicure there yesterday - it was lovely and felt like a real treat!! Staff were friendly and I will definitely go back!

Atmosphere not always great.. had shellac... lady hardly spoke, clearly didn't want to be at work and rushed my shellac in 20mins which resulted in it lasting days! Waste of £26

My friend & I went for a pedicure & it was great. The shop is clean & cute, the staff are very friendly & my pedicure was amazing. We'll be back for more treatments very soon x

Got eyelash extensions done here on Saturday, had infills. Quickly realised after that some of the eyelashes had actually been glued on to my eyelid which caused a lot of pain as it was pulling at the...
Got eyelash extensions done here on Saturday, had infills. Quickly realised after that some of the eyelashes had actually been glued on to my eyelid which caused a lot of pain as it was pulling at the skin. Also with eyelash extensions they should be glued to the eyelash and not the eyelid. After experiencing a lot of pain due to them being glued to my skin I had to pull them out which has left me with very thin and short eyelashes. I have private messaged beauty box but had no response as of yet. Avoid getting eyelash extensions here

Really disappointed, two manicures had - first one was rushed and the girl doing it barely spoke to me, second time (benefit of the doubt and all that) had a French Manicure booked as being a Bridesma...
Really disappointed, two manicures had - first one was rushed and the girl doing it barely spoke to me, second time (benefit of the doubt and all that) had a French Manicure booked as being a Bridesmaid for my friends wedding. Nails have been left scratched and only white tips and top coat applied. Had to call my sister to finish them for me :-( Asked about other coats of varnish and was told you can but it smudges so we don't. Wouldn't recommend sadly.

Big thankyou to beauty box! I've been coming here every 3/4 weeks to get gel nails done for a while now and they always do a brilliant job. Unfortunately I had a new set of gel nails last week that started to peel off and lift from my nail within the same week of the new set being applied(this has not happened before). Really disappointed, two manicures had - first one was rushed and the girl doing it barely spoke to me, second time (benefit of the doubt and all that) had a French Manicure booked as being a Bridesmaid for my friends wedding. Nails have been left scratched and only white tips and top coat applied.
