the nails usually fall off after like a week . and i went once and they put the nails on and when they’re we’re cutting them down they asked what length i wanted . i then showed them that i wanted them quite long and they asked my age . i told them 15, and they said if i’m under 16 they can’t be that long . so i told them that if i couldn’t have them the length i wanted then i wouldn’t like to spend all my money on that . they then RIPPED them off , damaging all my nail beds , then kicking me out of the shop . amazing nails ??Read Less

I booked an appointment 4 days in advance for me and 2 of my friends, we got to the shop on time only to find a sign saying they were closed. We had not been told they were closed on this day as it was in their opening hours and the lady on the phone confirmed the time and date of the appointment. Went here today, staff could barely speak any English. Wasn't very inviting, told them I wanted to have my gels taken off and have a new set on. They said ok, sat and waited over 20 minutes, and then the guy said where did you have your nails done last time? After it took me 5 minutes to know what he was saying, then he said you should go back to the place you had your nails done last time because we may not be able to take them off, what an absolute joke of a place won't be going back there! Been in A&E all night due to infection in finger which tracked Up my arm. In a lot of pain and very dangerous! This started the morning after nails being done on Saturday! Still in pain and will take a while for infection to go. This was caused by nail be nicked or caught when being filed by filing machines and then getting dust or something in it from getting nails done. Not happy! Read Less

Turned up for a my appointment today and was told that I couldn't have my pedicure done as the lady wasn't in (this seems to happen a lot) I made the appointment on Thursday with the lady so I think it's very unprofessional of them not to have phoned me to let me know! I will not be using this nail salon again as it's been a massive inconviene and now I'm left with not so amazing nails!Read Less

They have had some bad press but I have to say my acrylic nails are amazing. Customer send not there thing. I don't know if it's the language barrier but if you go just expecting a great end result then you will get what you want. They reasonably priced, very quick and they do a great job. I love my nails and they have lasted much longer than any I have had done before. Read Less

Do not go here! My two friends and I went here as a treat for one of my friends birthday. We booked for 3 people at 3pm on a Saturday. When we arrived we were told no booking had been made even though we confirmed over the phone. The owner reluctantly said he will work on our nails one by one. We accepted. He huffed and puffed for 10 minutes. A lady (who I can only assume was his wife or business partner) came to the door with a toddler. As she went to push the door open, the... owner stood up in anger and slammed the door in their faces. The whole shop shook and he was red with anger! Shaken, me and my friends didn't know what to do. He shouted 'We're closed!' I can only assume it was the woman whom we made the booking with and he wasn't happy about it. My friend who was getting her nails done at the time didn't know what to do as she had nail extensions hanging off her fingers. He ripped them off one by one leaving dried glue on her natural nails and we left, both angry and confused. When I came online to make this complaint I noticed they have been reported before and have an article in Wales online stating that the owner had verbally attacked a customer before. The worst nail bar experience ever. As soon as we arrived it was clear the owner didn't want me or my friends there. He was sighing and muttering under his breathe whilst he started the manicure and was very rough (pulling my wrists etc). He then got up and left half way through my treatment, he returned a couple of minutes later looking even more agitated. After this his wife and child came to the door, at this time he said to us 'we are closed', got up, slamed the door in his wife's face and locked us in the salon.
