Absolutely amazing lashes. Russian volume take lashes to a completely different level. Caroline is a true professional & a master of her art. I cannot praise her professionalism & artwork enough. What an amazing place!! I can highly recommend this salon to everyone. I have really bad issues with my skin (pores, blackheads, spots). All previous beauticians weren't able to help me and convinced me to buy very expensive cosmetics which apparently made my skin looks even worse :( Then, my friend from uni told me about Wonderland... I have already had 4 treatments with Anette. I have no idea how she does it but everytime my skin looks better and better. She advised me what cosmetics I need to use, how I need to care of my skin (face, neck and decolletage) and what is causing problems with my spots and pores. We all want to look beautiful in our bodies that's why we need to start from our health and well being. Further to the response which I have attached a photo. I did call the salon you gave me £20 off and then I came back in after having them done another time and you told me you would re do them as even the manager could see they were appalling, Which I accepted, when I had that appointment they just wanted to get me out quickly which is when you stuck clusters on. No need to deny it I have photo evidence. Then I came back for infills to be told by Gabby one of your lash artists that I have clusters on!!!! Which I then said well you are the ones that put them on my eyes when I asked for Russian. None of you have any idea what you are doing and all the manager seems to say is ‘it’s fine’ ‘we’ll sort it’, every single one of you are rude and you’d be stupid to visit this salon. Plus the majority of new reviews are done by the employees as you have gone so far down hill no one has anything good to say. Especially the responses to bad reviews? I feel uncomfortable there as they all speak amongst themselves an not a word to you the client, the biggest issue was the pricing was quoted 40 for natural lashe's which was only a 20 min treatment with ok results not like the pics in book but was then charged 48 due to price increases, my biggest issue was 40.00 for a pedi with gel 6 week's ago it was 22.00 she said it's because I had gel ish 18.00 for a different varnish, I won't be back!!! genuinely really disappointed with the service i received here. I have used the salon before and the nails are usually really strong and durable as i was going on holiday for 2 weeks i chose them again so that they would last. Only to have one of my nails snap at the tip after 3 days and a further 2 snap in my sleep that night. I messages the salon on facebook while i was away only to be told that they would fix it when i got back 2 weeks later. I didn't find this acceptable so asked for a refund as i would have to have my nails done again while on holiday which cost 60 Euros. The salon replied saying that they wouldn't give a refund that they would fix the nails when i got back... that i didn't say i had a problem with the nails when i was in the salon and they would do nothing about it. The girly girls' paradise...I'm an absolute nail addict- you won't catch me with an unpainted or chipped nail, so I'm very particular about the salons I choose, but there's no doubt in my mind that Wonderland have given me the best manicure and nail extensions I've had.  I work in retail so I've always got my nails and hands on show when serving on the tills, and I am complimented daily on my Wonderland nails and I'm always raving on about them.The staff are more like fine artists than nail technicians!  They will create any design you fancy, and as detailed and intricate as you please.  The only sacrifice you have to make is waiting a little longer for them to finish the job, but hey, they are perfectionists and that can't be rushed.  They've always got a good chick flick movie playing in the background so you can entertain yourself by watching that.  They offer a huge range of beauty treatments, not just nails, including hand care, waxing, eye treatments, facials and body treatments, so you've found the right place if you're in need of some girl time!  Prices are very reasonable and average, but I do tend to tip because of the extra effort they put in, but it's not expected.If you need a bit of pampering and relaxation with great results and without breaking the bank, then Wonderland is the place to be! Wonderland Nails and Beauty has been created specially for all the pamper-vamps and glamour-puss's out there. Treatments are indulgent, a little exotic, consummately executed and expensive... and pretty comprehensive!I called in the other day to enquire about eyelash extensions as I have grown increasingly allergic to make-up and felt in the mood to have a bit of a splurge. I'm now sat with the full list of treatments available at Wonderland Nails and Beauty, (which is just as well, as the subscription to the website seems to have lapsed)... and, well... I'm struggling to navigate the paper version too. It's not that the eyelash extension section of the leaflet is difficult to find, and is thankfully pretty short and succinct. There's three options;  1/2 Natural Look (£60.00) which will lend me another 40 to 60 lashes per eye, or The Look (£70.00) which offers me another 100 to 150 lashes per eye, or the Regular Fill (30.00) with no details given... hmmm... that one seems to be the more financially attractive option, but I have no idea what it actually means. So that's all pretty self explanatory, (apart from the bit that's not), it's just that the sheer vastness of the range of beauty-care and the terminology used on the rest of the leaflet has sucked me in and spat me out feeling rather bewildered. There's about 30 different nail options with another six side order choices (decorations and fake jewels etc), and that's even before we break into the manicure and pedicure section, which takes up another page! There are over twenty different waxing options, and then there's the facial and body treatments... the latter come with the most elaborate explanations, but I'm stumped by the names, let alone the blurb!Body treatments range from £40.00 to £65.00 aqnd the facials, including anti-aging options range from £30.00 to £55.00. The costs involved in the other treatments all seem to comply with the going rate with little exception. Eyelash tints are £6.50 as opposed to £70.00 for The Look! HMMM... I had never used a sunbed before. I scare pretty easily and I wasn't really that interested in using a piece of equipment which will apparently definitely kill you. However, my friend was going and is a regular sunbed user. Thinking that I'd be alright if I just tried it once - maybe sunbeds are like smoking, or drugs? - I went along too.I'm glad that I did go because the service was good and so were the prices. The shop itself made me feel somehow calmer, wrapped almost in a cocoon of girly protection.The end result was that I actually felt a little unwell and my skin was extremely sensitive. However, my friend had no adverse reaction and I think that this is just because I had never used it before and my skin is a little wussy.There is no reason not to use this place at all. Read Less
