Very disappointed. Went in to have my nails done for a wedding. Told the girl that one of them was split very low down but she said that it would be fine once painted over. Needless to say I ended up having to cut it a as was afraid I would rip it. Went back to have it repaired. First they said they didn't do silk repairs then admitted that one girl could do them which she did and the nail was then repainted. I was disgusted when they charged me a further £4 for one nail which they should have sorted in the first place. Won't go there againRead Less

Really disappointing. I wanted a pedicure, they only had capacity for a 'shape and polish' it was £15 and they filed my nails and painted two coats. Seems extremely overpriced, I even asked if they could tidy the cuticles and was told it wasn't 'included'. They didn't even redo a nail that had smudged just painted over another topcoat. Really lovely staff but I could have done that myself. For that price I'd expect for a shape or tidy to be more thorough than just filing and painting. I was told it was a 'soak' also and that wasn't done. It was a ten minute job. Such a shame as they are really nice but way too expensive for such a basic job. lovely, friendly staff and super professional - what makes this place stand out is their communication and planning prior to my procedure (eyelash lift)- i failed a patch test at another salon so was a little apprehensive but we did the patch test twice here so i could be assured!- and also how relaxed the salon atmosphere was. can't fault it and also the result was amazing as well! thank you x Read Less
