Terrible customer service Manager put phone down twice whilst asking for support Rude and short tempered Whilst having shellac nails done a previous customer returned to have her nails re done as they were done too thick. Shortly after my nails were done I noticed some problems so waited till they were next open to get them resolved. ... Manager was rude and abrupt told me a return time, but didn't book it in. Called back after treating nails with advised nail varnish remover and still issue. Long and short is they are happy to take the money and provide the service and then not happy to rectify a bad job. I feel all relaxed and pampered after having my haircut at Storm hair and nails ready for a weeks annual leave. Great music, conversation and my hair feels and looks a million times better. I'm going to pop back in a few weeks to get a bit of colour put on. Would definitely recommend :) Read Less

Cannot recommend these guys enough for both hair and nails. Bernadette has so much knowledge about hair and colour. I can always trust her when I have my hair re coloured. Her skill is always incredible! And shelley is great with nailcare and what funky styles are best to wear. Her acrylics are fantastic and she is very skilled with nail art.
