Got my nails done for the first time ever at the age of 52. It took Kim moving onto my street for me to do it. I am hooked now. Kim is so professional and really welcoming. X

Kim is lovely, I love coming here I really do, but I feel like since she's moved she has become so super busy it's always a 'rushed job' and my nails haven't been as nice as they were when I visited in the old place! Need to sort out appointment times, and stick to them, I went for nails and toes today and told the younger lady, I wanted both, and only got my finger nails done, as I could see she was so busy, although I booked nails and toes.. gutted she didn't look in the book and pick up my name. My nails were ok, not the best! A bit gutted x

Have been going here for 8 years and would never go anywhere else, Kim and Loc are so lovely and my nails are perfect everytime. Shellac lasts me 4 weeks with no chips thank you Kimmy

Never been here before and by looking at the reviews I was excited to try it out. I contacted Kim's nails in advance and booked a slot for 12pm. Arrived at 11.50 and waited 40 minutes to be seen. I understand that nail salons are busy but as they work on a booking system they clearly overbooked themselves to get more money. Well to me, service goes further and this is something I didn't experience. I ended up leaving very disappointed that my appointment and expectations couldn't be met. Very unfortunate as I live in the next Street over and you've just lost who would have been a loyal customer. Shame

Got a manicure and a gel pedicure here and it was done perfectly; no faults at all, much better than any other place I've gone to. Well worth the money, thank you Kim :) x

Coming from America, I have pretty high standards for my nails and my nail tech. I tried several different places my first few months here, and then I found Kim's. Hands down, she is the best! I have always managed to get in the day I call her and she is such a sweet lady to chat with while she's working her magic on my hands and feet. Kim's is my Gold Standard for nails in Cardiff and I rate her a 10. Xxx

So unless you're silly enough to have full sets of false nails on every visit they'll likely tell you they're busy. 3rd attempt refused service. And watch them Chinese machines... You'll be needing false nails for the rest of your times with the damage you cause your nail beds. Good luck but not for me.

Kim is lovely, I love coming here I really do, but I feel like since she's moved she has become so super busy it's always a 'rushed job' and my nails haven't been as nice as they were when I visited in the old place! Need to sort out appointment times, and stick to them, I went for nails and toes today and told the younger lady, I wanted both, and only got my finger nails done, as I could see she was so busy, although I booked nails and toes.. gutted she didn't look in the book and pick up my name. My nails were ok, not the best! A bit gutted x

Never been here before and by looking at the reviews I was excited to try it out. I contacted Kim's nails in advance and booked a slot for 12pm. Arrived at 11.50 and waited 40 minutes to be seen. I understand that nail salons are busy but as they work on a booking system they clearly overbooked themselves to get more money. Well to me, service goes further and this is something I didn't experience. I ended up leaving very disappointed that my appointment and expectations couldn't be met. Very unfortunate as I live in the next Street over and you've just lost who would have been a loyal customer. Shame
