Although l love having my lashes done here l won't be going back in a hurry. There is a dog running around the salon jumping on the customers. Not only this is not professional it is not hygienic to have a pet in a salon. If you are scared of dogs then this place is not for you. After a bad first experience due to it being with a trainee that no longer works for the company I was offered treatment FOC immediately to rectify the issue. I booked to have my nails done in June, I didn't realise at the time but I had the trainee ( I wasn't informed of this until I complained) . My nails were all different lengths, shapes, my fingers were cut the vanish didn't even colour my whole nail and they fell off, they were awful. I booked them as a treat for my holiday. I complained and was offered a refund or new set free of charge. I try to book in when I came back but I was informed they were to full. Due to working for the NHS I can only have my nails done when off work. I just tried to rebook and told I either have to now pay for the full set or can have a refund of £10 when I paid £35 for my nails. I wasn't told I would have to re book within a certain period of time. Not great service at all. Read Less

The customer care service I received bears no resemblence to the positive reviews. Thank goodness for nail polish remover and the fact that nails will grow out to enable a professional to reshape them. Read Less

Infinity Beauty are amazing! I have eyelash extensions and waxing done here and it's always great service. The staff are friendly and helpful and they always greet their customers with a smile! When I enquire about other treatments at the salon the girls always give me all the information I need such as the length of time or what I need to do for best results as they are really knowledgeable about all they offer. The prices are very reasonable and a loyally card is offered to save in the future. Parking on Crwys Road allows 2 hours free parking which is always enough time . To conclude I will remain a regular for as long as they will have me!Read Less
