They nails last longer and the result is nice. The only downside is that the girls are speaking their language and they are quite loud. I asked the girl who was serving me to cover the end of my nails with the vanish and she was aggressive. She said that my nails are very short so she can't do that. I was a bit scared with her reaction!! Also, I gave the same feedback on instagram and after a few minutes I realised that I have been deleted. That's is so unprofessional. After using several nail places in Cardiff, I came to Glam Nails on the recommendation of a friend and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. I find the nails here have lasted longer than any others I've had, and they look better too. Although I am happy with the finished result my experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable. The technician was more interested in arguing with her colleague while treating me and as a result was both abrupt in her manner to me and very rough causing her to scratch my cuticles badly hereby causing me to flinch and then yelled at me to relax!!! I would have loved to be able to but couldn't wait to get out. Nails cost me £30 but what they fail to appreciate is you pay for the experience as much as the end product. Interesting that the only good reviews here come from the technicians themselves and the only other genuine review comments on a similar experience to my own. I won't be back ladies. Sorry. Read Less
