I always end up here stressed before Christmas etc. however within a few minutes Natalie has distracted me with friendly conversation and I walk out feeling totally relaxed and with my hair looking superb. It’s like an escape from the real world for a couple of hours!

Moving to a new town and trying to find decent beauticians is a massive challenge I've discovered. This was my third attempt at having 3D lash extensions in Cardiff and third time lucky! The fab lady who did them (alas didn't catch her name) was really knowledgeable and professional. My natural lashes had been left in a bit of a state by the last place I'd visited and she gave me a really honest assessment of what could be achieved. The result however, was fantastic and my lashes look amazing. I'm really pleased and glad that I've finally found somewhere brilliant in Cardiff - I'd even been considering the 6 hour round trip to Milton Keynes to get my infills! Definitely recommend highly!

Fabulous salon. Have had my hair cut/ coloured by Simon a few times and he never disappoints. The staff are very attentive and it really does make you feel special being there. Also recommend the VLP lashes and massages! Great place. Great service. Great people :)
