I had a full body massage by Caz.
It was therapeutic and relaxation combined. Just what I needed for my achy lower back after long flight and bus journey back from recent holiday.

I booked a deep tissue massage with a lady named Grace for 1 hour at 12:20.. I arrived in at 12:17 and got undressed (she was such a lovely woman, well mannered.. very welcoming) However- My massage was below average, as soon as I walked into the room the music wasn't relaxing, club bangers were on (Justin Timberlake, 'I'm bringing set back etc) that didn't put me in a relaxing mood whatsoever.. I paid for a full body massage, she did not massage my arms, the bottom of my feet, my head.. It was very rushed. The same technique was repeated right through.. What made it worse is that she finished off with, 'We're done' at 1pm (20 minutes early) I paid £45 and got given back £5... I'm a mother of 3, I've just given birth to my 2 month daughter and I was looking forward to an hours relaxation... Wasn't at all pleasant, she was lovely but the massage was not worth my money.... I really wish I could say it was... but it was terrible... at the end of it she did mention that she thought my appointment was at 12pm.. an error between staff members I do not know... I hope nobody ever walks away feeling this way... I was really looking forward to it as I am a mother that doesn't pamper herself often.... But life goes on. Hopefully you can learn from this experience so your customers walk away feeling refreshed and taken care of 💙

Staff were very friendly and professional. The salon was clean and the products were of good quality. A bit on the pricey side but I would go again.
