Highly unprofessional. Yesterday I booked my appointment over the phone. I asked for a 6pm one, but they gave me 6.30pm. I double checked with them to know if they will finish my pedicure by 7pm, their closing time, and they said yes. I walk into their salon at 6.30pm and the first lady says can you come tomorrow? I said I had booked appointment, to which her neighbouring guy says ok, then sit down. Now one would expect someone of the staff to come and attend to you. No one gives me second look even. I waited for 15minutes patiently and still nobody cares. After 5-10 more mins I ask one of them if they know I am waiting. He said yes, someone will come. And I said its almost 6.55, the salon closes at 7, how on earth can they do my pedicure in 5 minutes? Then he mumbles a weak sorry and starts covering up saying sometimes these things happen. Okay, these things happen, but then if they could not serve me, couldn't they come forward and say sorry to keep you waiting, can we finish your pedicure a little late? Highly disappointed Read Less
