Found this place through Google. I wanted a pedicure, but wanted a place with a proper pedi chair. We were passing through AYR so I booked an appointment.
I was seen by a nice young lady Ellisse? Very chatty and happily answered my questions about the area. Good pedicure, with attention to detail. While I was there they also fitted me in for a quick hair cut. This was also fine.
They had quite a few walk ins while I was there. The prices are very, very reasonable, I come from Essex, prices are a bit higher there!
Just a couple of things? Maybe sweeping up & general cleaning could be done more often, especially on the hygiene front, and the interior does need an update, very dingy.
But overall happy with the service.

Absolutely love this salon and the people who work they couldn't be nicer. Their prices are unbelievable considering what salons charge where I live. Please bring Bella Mani to Castle Douglas as it would go down a storm!! Got my nails done and hair cut/blow dry. Really pleased with them all and will definitely be back.

I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve private mailed twice now and the messages have been read and ignored. Long story short my sister paid for us to get pedicures for my wedding and when I got home they were totally smudged, certainly not able to walk down the aisle with my toes like that! Very disappointing. The girls that did the treatment were lovely but unfortunately a complete waste of money and extremely upsetting as I now have to have them redone for my wedding at short notice. Will not be returning and think it’s a disgrace that I have contacted you twice to try and resolve the issue and both messages ignored!!!!

I Popped in yesterday and asked a member of staff if they had any appointments at the time for a Gelish polish. The girl I asked started to answer my question but she was rudely interrupted by another member of staff who was doing a clients nails. She told me to sit down and that was fine. After sitting for 15 mins I left. I know businesses don’t like turning clients away but I would much rather an honest answer. I think the girl I first asked was going to tell me there would be a wait etc or they were too busy which would have been fine. I would have left without having an opinion. Won’t be back!!

Im from the South of England. On Friday I visited Bella Mani for a second time. (I visited in September for full head of hilights, and they were absolutely fabulous!) On Friday I had a Brazilian Blow dry. £50 is a pretty unbeatable price for such a proceedure! (Definately compared to South of England prices for sure!)My hair looks fantastic! Megan, the young lady who carried out the proceedure really knew her stuff and was professional throughout, a credit to this gem of a salon. I am now looking forward to revisiting Bella Mani Ayre in 4 weeks time when I fly up to Scotland again! Well done on delivering first class treatements combined with wonderful customer service! Bravo !

Appointment booked as i have plans .Taken 20 mins late so unable to have my cut due to time which I had booked.Had a blow dry which I could have done at home.Seriously annoyed.Contantly heard staff being told to hurry up next hair in.We come for a service and that service should be enjoyed not to be hurried out the door.Poor customer service .

Been a few times for a hair cut and each time I didnt get what I asked for. The last time i asked the girl to straighten my hair, and she said no ill curl it, it will look better. I believed her and asked them not to be tight curls. Thats what I got...very tight curls, then when i got home i noticed the actual cut job was aweful, a big long random section uncut on my right side. Had to cut it myself. Very disappointed.

Would seriously think twice about going here after getting acrylic nails put on on monday within 2 days 3 of my nails had came off. £28 down the drain not happy and if it hadn't been that i was goin on holiday later today i would have been back into the shop to complain and asked for a refund. First time using this place and will not be back.

Popped in here on a busy Saturday with three of us wanting to get our nails done. They were swamped with customers but sat us down very quickly at the bar with not too much faffing around. My girl (blond possibly manager?) did a lovely job on my gels and sorted out an infill for my broken nail which I'd trapped in a door and was worried would look rubbish with gel but she did a fab job and was nice and chatty with all 3 of us. Really happy with the end result, the customer service and the pricing too- lot cheaper than most nail salons! Definitely recommend

Went in today and they did hair lovely but eye wax was really more painful than usual and now home and my eyebrows are blistered and itchy and very sore! Had eyebrows waxed before and been fine! :/ wouldn't go back tbh! Woman who did my hair was lovely though may I add!

Went to get a tooth jewel,totally disapointed, it came of the next day, foned them to let them know and they asked me to come again and said that they used a big jewel n dat was the reason it came off so they applied a smaller one n guess wt it came off the very next morning and when i foned them again n sed that i am really disappointed and it wsnt worth spending money on it as i ws too excited and suprise suprise !!! they sed its all my fault that it came off, nothing to do with them......a shite salon ever !!!!!!!

Found this place through Google. I wanted a pedicure, but wanted a place with a proper pedi chair. We were passing through AYR so I booked an appointment.
I was seen by a nice young lady Ellisse? Very chatty and happily answered my questions about the area. Good pedicure, with attention to detail. While I was there they also fitted me in for a quick hair cut. This was also fine.
They had quite a few walk ins while I was there. The prices are very, very reasonable, I come from Essex, prices are a bit higher there!

Would seriously think twice about going here after getting acrylic nails put on on monday within 2 days 3 of my nails had came off. £28 down the drain not happy and if it hadn't been that i was goin on holiday later today i would have been back into the shop to complain and asked for a refund. First time using this place and will not be back.

My girl (blond possibly manager?) did a lovely job on my gels and sorted out an infill for my broken nail which I'd trapped in a door and was worried would look rubbish with gel but she did a fab job and was nice and chatty with all 3 of us.
