I have had many treatments here, ranging from intimate waxing, nail extensions, massages, facials through to HD brows, threading and pedicures - so I've got real top to toe experience! Every treatment has been bang on, and I've always felt totally professionally treated and left feeling relaxed and definitely much better groomed! The salon is a peaceful and calming place, and the staff are all lovely, and really put you at your ease. I'm a big girl, so don't always feel comfortable having treatments such as massages and Hollywood/Brazilian waxes, but I've always felt perfectly relaxed having those procedures at the Retreat - and as you ladies might know, being waxed 'down below' isn't exactly a relaxing procedure, lol! So it's saying quite a lot that there's no embarassment involved at The Retreat! I love the pampering treatments, such as massages, facials and luxury manicures and pedicures. These are my 'go to' treatments when I'm feeling stressed or down, and they always make me feel happier - especially with the chocolate and lemon fragranced products, yum! Oh and nails? Brilliant! I have awful nails, thanks to my job, they're short and stubby, but thanks to the acrylic nail extensions even I can sometimes have hands like a proper lady, with beautiful nails and some seriously sparkly nail art!!
