Nail polish was old and clumpy. When you look at final product in the outdoor light you see that nails are not smooth. Lady doing my nails was very nice but nervous, as the gentleman who owns the establishment kept coming by and asking when she would be done. Felt like employees are treated as if this were a sweat shop. Hurry hurry hurry so we can take in more clients. Not a relaxing experience one hopes for when going to get a manicure/pedicure. All things considered, they did a great job. Well ventilated, nice folks, and toes came out cute. They were plenty busy and still, at 5pm (ish) on a Friday, this walk-in was seated in a comfy chair with her feet in water in less than 10 minutes. Ahhhhh! I absolutely LOVE this place. It is right behind my house, so a quick walk and I'm there! Vi does my nails and she is awesome!! She is always up for trying new things and does a clean perfect job. Lisa did my pedicure today and gives a great massage. The Valley Nail Bar is very clean and relaxing. All of the workers and the owner are very sweet and personable, they definitely make you feel at home. This is also a very big salon and would be perfect for parties or large groups.
