Was very disappointed not to receive a reply, to the message I sent to this business. The girls are very polite, friendly, the building is calm and relaxed. I had a pleasant young lady to do the luxury pedicure. Unfortunately, there wasn't too much luxury about it, every thing was rushed. Four layers were applied, base, two varnish, one top coat, within seconds of each other, the top coat brush actually had the varnish colour on it. I was told it would be dry in 5 minutes? That is not a reality. My sandals were put back on and they pushed up all layers of the varnish. Unfortunately the young lady also snipped into live tissue at the side of my toe, which has been very painful since, with raggedy cuts around the nail bed of my big toe. I never once asked for a refund, I just politely pointed out that maybe some of the girls need to continue with their training. I sent a photo along with the message way over a week ago, asked for a response to my mail. Not heard a thing sadly, very unprofessional in business. The price was above average, I expected it to be reflected in the service offered. Sadly it is not. Shall not recommend to anyone. A disappointment. Read Less
