I was charged $28 for a regular manicure when it is advertised on their wall in the store as $12. No design, no gel, no fake nails. That is ridiculous. That was not my first bad experience there. I do...
I was charged $28 for a regular manicure when it is advertised on their wall in the store as $12. No design, no gel, no fake nails. That is ridiculous. That was not my first bad experience there. I do not plan to go back.
