Dreadful experience.my daughters nails (which took 20 minutes to do and cost £27) all peeled off within 24 hours .rude staff and very unhelpful manager .

Absolutely disgusting customer service !!!! My daughter arrived at 8.40 today 23 Dec with her nieces to have their nails painted as a Xmas treat . They were allowed to pick the nail varnish they lik...
Absolutely disgusting customer service !!!! My daughter arrived at 8.40 today 23 Dec with her nieces to have their nails painted as a Xmas treat . They were allowed to pick the nail varnish they liked and told to wait a few minutes.... Then a few more customers arrive and wanted acrylics - my daughter was then told that the girls couldn’t have their nails painted because there were too busy !!!!!! Disgusting beyond words to let these little girls down ! SHAME ON YOU !!!!! See More

Great service nails last for longer than usual they do it super fast and save me time. Looks perfect every time. I am glad I found them. People are a bit grumpy in the shop but the quality of work compensate that.

Recommended to my daughter who wanted her nails done for her holiday. They were absolutely hideous took her money before finished and when she complained they said they could do nothing about it even ...
Recommended to my daughter who wanted her nails done for her holiday. They were absolutely hideous took her money before finished and when she complained they said they could do nothing about it even though she had commented that she did not like the shape prior to the nail polish being put on. They were extreamly rude to her also. Had to go to another nail bar who tried to make them a better shape a least. I am assuming they have changed owners because when I used them they were not like that at all please avoid prices gone up too

The lady owner can be quite abrupt but don't take it personally, she's been snappy with someone everytime I've been in there BUT the quality of work is to a high standard.
