This hairdresser has a very poor customer service policy i purchased a voucher for specific massage treatment along with a manicure and nail polish,the cost was £60.this was a birthday treat for my wife who rang today to book a date to redeem the voucher and was told the therapist had left and would not be replaced.My wife asked for a refund and was told sorry not our policy to refund my wife pointed out that they were in breach of the contract that had been entered into with the company they then offered goods to the value of the voucher at retail value. This just is not good enough and i would advise against using such a poor trader.Rob WhitbyBicton

I have always been completely satisfied with this hairdressers. Prices are reasonable and the staff take great care to make the experience pleasant and professional. Drinks are always offered and appointments are usually available if booked a week in advance.

My children have been having their hair cut here for sometime and the results have always been excellent! I however haven't attended a salon for sometime, after a succession of offending haircuts at various places. However I plucked up the courage and made an appointment. The moment I stept through the door I was made to feel extremely comfortable. Even having my hair washed was enjoyable in the amazing back massaging chair! I was consulted every snip of the way, and the end results were fantastic. The staff are amazing! I now can't wait to have another appointment here and may even be brave enough to try the other range of services they offer.
