Paid for pedicure and gel polish and manicure/gel polish. Unfortunately got young girl a few weeks from college. Terrible scruffy nails and pedicure literally peeled up and off 8 toes by time I got home.
I did mention at the time about the scruffy manicure and they rebooked to redo it. Having then seen what happened to the pedicure and gel when I got home I decided not to stress as I was going on holiday and had no time to do anything. The unfortunate thing was they didn’t respond to my personal review email to them. Nothing.
If you went to a hairdresser the price for a qualified stylist is vastly different to a junior whose work you’d expect to be checked regularly. A shame but without any contact or refund for the pedicure (they refunded the nails on the day to be fair) then I wouldn’t return and risk not knowing if I was get a high quality job that would be relaxing or stressing over a juniors work. 😢

AVOID!!! Extremely dissapointed at the eyebrow service. I have been left with two completely different eyebrows and no arch. Do not waste your money here as you will only spend the next 6 months growi...

Was ok, bit disappointed that I was rushed as had paid for a relaxing pamper and with 3 different treatment and was done and out within 40 mins.
