Not happy with my first experience with this nail bar, the staff are rude, they don’t seem bothered about doing your nails. They seem more bothered about talking to one an other. My nails are fairly bad quality and rushed.

Have used this salon before and never had a problem, however staff were very rude this time. Was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to very icy conditions and was told ‘next time book your appointm...
Have used this salon before and never had a problem, however staff were very rude this time. Was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to very icy conditions and was told ‘next time book your appointment for the time you come’. When asked what shape/length I wanted the nails I showed a picture so it was easy to explain, however member of staff didn’t like this and rudely responded. Will not be returning after this experience. Nails were okay, nothing special.

My pedicure was fine. I'm more concerned about the welfare of Oriental staff, all very thin and tired.
This staff team all look undernourished and exhausted.

My pedicure was fine. I'm more concerned about the welfare of Oriental staff, all very thin and tired.
This staff team all look undernourished and exhausted.
I hope someone, somewhere is monitoring this business, hopefully the council but with their track record, I doubt it.

Staff are rude, however nails were really nice! Me and my friend went and I had my nails dried for longer even though my friend said no mine arnt dry the man insisted in us leaving, a few hours later...
Staff are rude, however nails were really nice! Me and my friend went and I had my nails dried for longer even though my friend said no mine arnt dry the man insisted in us leaving, a few hours later almost all my friends nails had chipped!!

It was my first time getting my nails done here. What I've seen is rude staff. Never say please, thank you or goodbye. They only care about taking your money for payment.
