They would not let me book in for the mothers day present (pamper session for two) that i brought. I was informed they have stopped trading serval months ago, but yet no one has given me a refund! I have rang several times and i feel like they are just trying to lead me in circles and what they are saying isn't quite adding up!... Only open a month but very welcoming. My sister and I had back massage and facial and felt very relaxed. We had Amy and Sue who talked us through the treatment whilst ensuring we were comfortable and warm. I did suggest a mirror would be helpful in the room after a facial. Been here today with my husband as a birthday treat from me to him,,, can honestly say that our therapists Sue and Amy were absolutely fantastic. Brought this as a groupon deal for my mom's birthday. We had 2 very relaxing treatments each from Amy and Sue and was even better as we were in the same room. Would defintely return, thanks for a lovely day. Only negative about the day itself which wasn't their fault was the pool/ spa area was closed at the hotel and we were not informed...ended up going up the road to telford golf resort to use their facilities instead and returned in the afternoon for our treatments at the raddison. Me & my friend were looking for a spa day & came across a great deal on groupon, before buying the voucher i got intouch with the salon via email. The salon responded straight away & gave me an even better deal. I recieved a back shoulder & kneck massage, along with a foot massage & my friend recieved an indian head massage & a back facial. The treatments were lovely! & we were in the same room, ive visited a few spas and yet to come across one that have two treatment beds in one room. The price is remarkably low!! We then paid an extra £5 to use the swim sauna steam & jaccuzi. We had food in the hotel restaurant, pricy food but also nice & filling. Would reccomend and will definetly be going again!
