This place is the BOMB! Not only are they incredible nice and fun but they know what they are doing when it comes to nails! My no chip is going on well over two weeks and still looks amazing. I had a little issue with my thumb nail and they fixed it no problem. I had just stopped in here one time for a quick fix and now I’m a customer for life. I’ve been to countless nail salons in Valparaiso and Chesterton, and this was by far the best. The first time someone was able to get my almond shaped acrylics the perfect shape and not thick. Staff is friendly and the place is super cute. Love it! Read Less

Not impressed. Even though I made a mistake on the booking, they rushed us and I didn't get what I wanted.If it was a problem timing wise, I would have been glad to come back on a different day, that way they would have had prep time. I now have to go to a new place to get them fixed. Read Less

I had to pay an extra £5 just for ombre which was an awful job, 1 nail broke within 2 weeks & i still had to pay to get it fixed plus pay extra for a different colour as the first looked so awful, very very poor communication, staff were rude also. Took my daughter so we could get pedicures it was our first time there! Was told they were too busy to give us any kind of service! I have been treated so rudely!!! This was our first time going there. Until reading the reviews we didn't know they offered other pedicures to choose from. The girl that did mine was not thorough (still have rough patches on toes and heels). Don't even remember her scrubbing my feet at all. She def did amazing art on my big toes! Wine? What wine? Had my nails done here today and I'm not typically one to complain but the staff were very rude and the lady kept aggressively tapping my hand every time she wanted me to move. She rushed the job and now I'm left with nails that look half done I would defiantly not recommend going here and I won't be returning!! Read Less

I am a regular to the salon and normally i am left really satisfied. This evening, i went and i left feeling really rushed with hardly any communication. The two staff members were just talking amongst themselves, i was only spoken to when asked about my nails. When choosing a gel colour i felt rushed and i think it was all because they wanted to be finished by 6. I am in the hair trade and find myself working over time. Don't appreciate flapping around on the behalves of the staff - answering FaceTime calls when they're in the middle of painting my nails; feeling intimidated through the continuous Chinese talking throughout the 3 members of staff; my old acrylic nail being ripped off my nail (painful!) and my friend being under the impression that they took a picture of her! looked like the female had just got a new iPhone 7+ due to her continuous usage - not professional at all! The nails do look good and although the selection of varnishes available is limited, still found a nice colour. Really bad experience, nails already need refilling after a week. Staff were rude and didn't offer designs they advertised. Booked in for nails an a pedicure but pedicure wasn't even offered!! Very disappointed will not be going back!! In reply to your message I spoke to yourself when booking nails an pedicure, an yourself when I arrived at my appointment!! My girlfriend went into nail salon and came out very disappointed, she felt rushed and that the overall quality of nails very very poor. the nails where not done to the colour and style she asked for as colleagues were all talking on their phones to various people on headphones whilst trying to do the nails at the same time, glue was stuck to her skin and was told the nails where dry and she was fine to go but nails smudged almost as soon as she walked out. first time visiting this salon and would not go back.
