Worst experience that I've ever had and I've gone back a few times giving them chances. But I'm done wasting my hard earned money for these women to be in their phones and not even paying customers any mind and very rude. Took 2 and half hours just a fill and made me late for work and my nails look like bird shit. And then the lady tried to keep my change from a 50$ bill and only give me 2$ back from a total that was 35$ and I had to tell right then and there to give me my right change back and she still messed it up and tried to keep money I am so upset and so disappointed. These words can't explain the amount of anger im feeling. these women ruining my morning and making me late for work. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!

My friend and i went there yesterday for her birthday. Very clean place. I got a pedi and the lady did basic nothing to my feet but file and soak them. She talked and laughed with her co-worker the whole time!! She might have been talking about us being we were the only black people in there. I tells her i want 2 colors when she gets done theres only one color and not even the color that i picked. The other guy who was doing my friends pedi must have told cause the owner came and ask me did i want him to redo mt pedi. Its was to late i only had a little time before getting my baby. When it was time for me to pay they didnt offer no apology or discount of any sort. I would go back for the guy because he did wonderful work and they have alot of gorgeous colors. But otherwise no. I wont be visiting again

So clean and welcoming. Staff is professional and very friendly. I travel through all the way from Penn Hills just to get my nails done here. Never have been disappointed :-)

I enjoy the warm friendly atmosphere and have been always satisfied with how the staff makes every attempt to make it s comfortable experience. Tammy is the best!

The worst experience ever! My friends and I decided to give this salon a try. I asked for a mani pedi and they soaked my feet in freezing water!!!! Not to mention the tech became irritated w/a request...
The worst experience ever! My friends and I decided to give this salon a try. I asked for a mani pedi and they soaked my feet in freezing water!!!! Not to mention the tech became irritated w/a request to warm the water temperature. Sub par & rushed manicure. The absolute pedi ever!!! My friend was given used/dirty sandals and again the tech seemed offended at her request for new sandals out of the bag! Needless to say, I left and went across the street to get a manicure at a different salon. I would expect superb service to be offered in Squirrel Hill. Horrible service! Do not waste your time or money here.
