I have been in there twice. I love the atmosphere, compared to other places I have walked into that made me uncomfortable. I was greeted instantly, etc. Steve did my nails the first time and he did an excellent job. 2nd time I went in there however the tech ( I won't mention names) refused to do the colors or even attempt the design I wanted. Steve had told me all I had to do was bring a picture in so this time I did and she refused. She Had already started removing my nail p...olish by this point so I was kind of stuck there otherwise I would have went somewhere else. I understand every nail tech may not be able to do every nail design they are asked to do but these were not hard and I even asked if she could do certain colors I wanted instead of any art stuff and was told no. Besides, that my nails weren't filled properly and now look all wonky and the nail design looks terrible. I don't know if I will be back as I had a great experience the first time but these were supposed to be done for a special occasion and I was completely disappointed. My 4 year old daughter and I love it here. I feel so safe and taken care of the entire time we get out nails done. The staff is so friendly and welcoming:) Never a wait when you need to get in. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. I absolutely LOVE the Sole Solution Foot Treatment!!! I have tried MANY products for dry, cracked heels with no luck. This product most definitely works👍 Give it a try. You will not be disappointed! Read Less

I got my nails done at J Kohi the first time I got acrylics... let's just say after seeing Steve yesterday I'll never return there again. He made my nails the shape I wanted them to be originally and and gave me a new fresh color. I've been getting compliments on how nice my nails are now! Terrible - I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I had to wait for twenty minutes until they were ready for me. Then they didn't give me a pedicure just painted my toe nails and smudged one of them. There were two people waiting and so the manicure was rushed - no soaking or cuticle work then the gel polish was applied all over my fingers not just my nails. My nails look awful and I let them know how disappointed I was but they tried to say it was my fault because I have short nails!
