I hadn't been to Hairpod in a while and I certainly won't be back. I had booked a cut and colour for a wedding and took a half day for an appointment at Hairpod and left with nothing done to my hair!

I hadn't been to Hairpod in a while and I certainly won't be back. I had booked a cut and colour for a wedding and took a half day for an appointment at Hairpod and left with nothing done to my hair!
When I arrived at the salon the girl said she 'couldn't combat a tint with a tint' - My hair is blonde and I wanted it slightly lighter, but apparently this was not possible. She said I would require highlights.
I said 'okay, highlights would be fine' but apparently she did not have time for highlights. She suggested I rearrange my appointment. When I said I would just take the trim (thinking I'd dye it myself when I got home) she didn't have time for that either! She asked me to wait a further 20 minutes so she could sort out another client first. After I said just to leave it and she offered to rearrange my appointment for me on leaving the salon a friend of hers bounded up to her and she began chatting. I am unsure whether she just double booked me or she had asked me to return at a later date because her friend her showed up, but this is the poorest customer service I have ever received.
After taking a half day from work for the appointment and thinking I was getting my hair done for an upcoming wedding that weekend I left feeling stressed and incredibly disappointed. I spoke to my friend who's a hairdresser and she managed to lighten my hair and give me a trim. Thank God for friends, but I certainly won't be back to this place EVER.

Had my hair done by Zara in Johnstone and I absolutely love it! Shes done a fab job First time getting highlights out through my hair and I'm so happy with the way its turned out. All the girls are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Will definitely be back!

Went to the one in Elderslie for a cut and blow dry, they washed dried then cut my hair! Wasn’t event cut straight, extremely disappointed will not be back.

I had been years ago. My hair is really brittle round my face and I told the girls this but it all fell out round my face anyway so I stopped going. My regular hairdresser let me down so I thought I'd try Hairpod again. I got Kerry and explained about my hair. She was lovely, she listened. Everything from her mannerism to the colour she chose was perfect. She took care styling my hair and once again listened when I said I wanted a trim, a trim I got! She advised me on what ha...ir extensions to buy and worked round me for another 2 appointments at short notice. The shop was really busy but the stylists still took time with their clients. Woke up this morning and my hair feels like silk. The price was reasonable too. But not just Kerry, all the staff were great. Giving their clients 100% while having general chit chat to all clients. Well done I'll certainly be back again Hairpod x See More

Had dermaplaning done for the first time tonight by Vhairi. It was fantastic and my skin has never felt so soft and fresh . She talked me through the whole process and was great. Pain free and amazing...

I think this is a fab hairdressers i usually have Kelly to cut my hair for the last 4 years and is a good hair stylist and great lady Donna is my beauty therapist and is also excellent in her job and...
I think this is a fab hairdressers i usually have Kelly to cut my hair for the last 4 years and is a good hair stylist and great lady Donna is my beauty therapist and is also excellent in her job and a great lady i would recommend this hair salon and the two above ladies anytime xx

When I arrived at the salon the girl said she 'couldn't combat a tint with a tint' - My hair is blonde and I wanted it slightly lighter, but apparently this was not possible. She said I would require highlights.
