Shellac mani lifted from edges, chipped and peeled within 3 days. They were rude when called about it and they told us to go elsewhere. Lesson learned.

"Hate" is a strong word..but i am very angry about being lied to and would give 0 stars if it were an option..Dishonesty is a pet peeve for me. Dont tell me that you "take off for free" (told me 3 sep...
"Hate" is a strong word..but i am very angry about being lied to and would give 0 stars if it were an option..Dishonesty is a pet peeve for me. Dont tell me that you "take off for free" (told me 3 separate times) and when i come back to get it taken off, i find out that it actually costs money. I dont appreciate being lied to so you can make an extra 10. Hope it was worth losing customers over. Spent 40 + tip for a powder mani that lasted 6 days (not 3 wks) ..then come to get it off bc it has all chipped away and SURPRISE, that is an extra 10. What a waste of time and money. Never again.

Great experience...the girl who did my pedicure was through and gave an amazing leg/foot massage! Well worth the price! Will be returning:)

Reasonably priced, nice employees, and great work. I've been to a number of salons. This one is clean and the employees don't rush you out the door like a few I've been to.

Just saw Jim for the first time and I love my nails ! I had stopped in to a place randomly while on vacation and hated my nails . After vacation I came home and a friend recommended I go and see Jim ,needless to say I am very happy !!! The salon was very clean ,close to home and just very relaxing .I would highly recommend Jim ! Thanks Jim ....

Asked for coffin shape nails and walked out with square nails that were thicker than others on my fingers. The nail glue was stuck to my skin around the nail bed and i let them come off over time, did...
Asked for coffin shape nails and walked out with square nails that were thicker than others on my fingers. The nail glue was stuck to my skin around the nail bed and i let them come off over time, didnt even last two weeks. Took almost two hours for a full set and they werent even busy.
